Project Management and Construction Supervision of Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Phase 2

Client: Airports of Thailand PCL.

Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Phase 2 Project is aimed at expanding all airport systems to cope with the increasing number of passengers, from 45 to 60 million per year, so that the overcrowding of both the passengers and the air traffic will be reduced. The Project is consisted of the construction of midfield satellite building 1 (levels B2, B1, G, and 2-4) and parking bays; a south tunnel extension (structural and infrastructural works, and miscellaneous systems) and extension of the east side passenger terminal, airlines office building, and east side car park building. Also included are the construction of an infrastructural system, APM system procurement and installation, backage handling system (BHS) procurement and installation, and explosive detection system (EDS).

Design & Construction Supervision and Management of Samui International Airport

Client: Bangkok Airways PCL.

Samui International Airport is set to undergo major renovation works in an effort to increase its capacity serving up to five million passengers annually. With the design idea of a ‘Resort Airport’, the airport will have a unique architecture with safety and state-of-the-art technology to deliver conveniences for passengers and to comply with the green architecture concept. The total facility area is 45,500 sq.m., the project works are composed of the design and renovation for the departure check-in, departure area, arrival area, VIP area, and office area, as well as car-park and internal roads. The works also include the landscape of the entrance and around the project, traffic system, interior design and furniture, and signage.

Construction Supervision for a Sky Walk from BTS’ Udom Suk Station to Bang Na Station

Client: The Department of Traffic and Transportation, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA)  

In a bid to promote mass transportation, and enhance the services and convenience for the people in transiting, the BMA’s Department of Traffic and Transportation was to construct an approximately 1,400 m. long sky walk between the BTS’ Udom Suk Station and Bang Na Station on the Sukhumvit Line.

Feasibility Study Review for Green Line: Khu Khot-Lam Luk Ka and Samut Prakan-Bang Pu Sections

Client: Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand

The Khu Khot-Lam Luk Ka and Samut Prakan-Bang Pu sections are the extension sections of the Green Line network. The Khu Khot-Lam Luk Ka section starts from the Khu Khot Station and runs along Lam Luk Ka Road, passes the Motorway No. 9, and ends at the Big C Hyper Market, Lam Luk Ka branch at the total length of 6.5 km. with four stations.
