Traffic Demand Study for Elevated Highway in Phnom Penh Project

Client: Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC) 

The OCIC aims to conduct a traffic demand study for the first expressway in Phnom Penh to ease the traffic congestion in Phnom Penh, from downtown area to the airport. The conceptual design involves an elevated expressway running from the east (the downtown area) to the west of Phnom Penh (the airport). The total length of expressway’s mainline is 12.016 km. An airport spur line is planned to directly connect with the expressway mainline to the airport terminal with a total length of 1.671 km.

Feasibility Study and Detailed Design for the Double-Track Railway (Chumphon-Surat Thani Section) Project

Client: State Railway of Thailand (SRT)

The SRT assigned TEAM GROUP to conduct a feasibility study and detailed design for the Double-Track Railway (Chumphon-Surat Thani Section) Project, which features construction of a meter gauge (one meter wide) track with a total length of 167.5 km., in parallel with the existing track from Chumphon Station to Surat Thani Station.

Feasibility Study on the Gold Line Light Rail Feeder System (BTS Krung Thon Buri Station-Khlong San District-Prajadhipok Section) Project

Client: Traffic and Transportation Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

In line with traffic resolution policy, the BMA strived to develop rail transit systems with an aim of dissuading the use of personal vehicles and promoting public transport.  Traffic and Transportation Department wished to implement a feasibility study on project alignment. There were two phases including Phase 1 (BTS Krung Thon Buri Station-Taksin Hospital) with a total length of approximately 1.7 km. and Phase 2 (Taksin Hospital-Nearby Anongkharam Temple) with a total length of approximately 1.0 km.

Srinagarindra-Romklao Road Construction Project, Section 7: Construction of Interchange on Romklao and Chao Khun Thahan Roads

Client: Public Works Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration 

The Public Works Department planned to construct Srinagarindra-Romklao Road with an objective to relieve traffic congestion on nearby main roads, i.e. Srinagarindra and Ramkhamhang roads as well as Lam Sali Intersection. The project included connection to the Eastern Outer Ring Road with intent to facilitate traffic from On Nut and Romklao roads to minor roads in Bang Kapi, Saphan Sung and Lat Krabang districts. This will help to optimize land use for the enhanced quality of life, economy and environment in the areas.
