Amata Corporation Public Company Limited plans to turn an industrial estate into a smart city by introducing cutting-edge infrastructure, utility systems, and innovations. This will promote investments in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) area by target industrial groups. The development plan can be disaggregated into two phases: Phase 1 encompasses 5,354 rai, and when integrated with Phase 2, the entire area will cover 7,285 rai. The utility system consisting of the systems for roads, drainage, water supply pipes, auxiliary structures, fire suppression, wastewater collection, waste storage and separation, electrical supply, and street light control are currently being designed.
