The project aims to reduce the cost of water supply so that the hospital can utilize the budget on medical use.  According to the hospital’s master plan, when the new hospital is fully operational, water demand is expected to be 2,400 cubic meters per day which will result in a monthly water bill of approximately two million baht. The hospital thus established a plan to build a water supply system for domestic use.

 

TEAM GROUP was entrusted to produce water supply for use within the hospital for a period of 26 years. The project had the following components.

1 ) A raw water pumping system, consisting of a pontoon with raw water intake pump, a raw water intake pump control building, and a raw water transmission pipe system with a length of 3.6 kilometers.

2 ) A water treatment plant with capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour, clear water tanks with capacity of 500 cubic meters and 2,000 cubic meters.

3 ) The water supply system within the hospital. Total construction cost was 50 million baht and the project started producing water supply for the hospital on 1 November 2022.
