Long Thanh High Tech Industrial Park is one of the largest hi-tech industrial parks in Dong Nai Province. It is located approximately 20 km. to the east of Ho Chi Minh city center. The ACLT wished to develop industrial areas with advanced technology to respond to clients’ needs in strategic locations near the new airport and city center.

 

TEAM GROUP was assigned with overall design management, design conceptualization, preliminary design, detailed design, request for design approvals from government authorities, and the bidding process operation for procuring an appropriate contractor for industrial park construction in phase 1.
