Phase 2 of the Construction of the Precious Wood Knowledge Museum on the Auspicious Occasion of the Grand Coronation Ceremony

The objective of the project is to disseminate knowledge about the manifold benefits of valuable wood species in Thailand in honor of HM King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua on the auspicious occasion of the royal coronation ceremony in 2019. This museum will serve as an example of Thai cultural heritage and will be arranged to host guests of the royal family and state guests. It will be located on a plot of 79 rai in Wang Thonglang District, Bangkok, which was royally granted by His Majesty the King.

TEAM GROUP, on behalf of the SSDT Consortium, has been entrusted by the Office of the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to execute the second phase of this project. The tasks include architectural embellishment and installation of electrical and lighting systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, audio-visual, stage lighting systems, central control system, fire detection/alarm systems, CCTVs, access control system, elevators, and generator backup systems for Building 1, and architectural embellishment and installation of electrical and lighting systems for Building 2. The project period is 1,620 days, and the construction cost is estimated at 2,044 million baht.
